The last night of the year deserves a grand celebration, and at Hotel Scala we invite you to enjoy an unforgettable experience with our New Year’s Eve dinner at Hotel Scala. This December 31st, you can enjoy an evening designed so that every moment is special, from the welcome drink to the first moments of 2026.
The evening will begin with a welcome drink, followed by steamed lobster with shrimp and a refreshing lemon sorbet with rosé cava, perfect to awaken the appetite. Next, the stars of the dinner: casserole monkfish medallions with prawns and clams, combined with tender stewed beef cheeks, offering the perfect balance between land and sea. To complete the gastronomic experience, a special assortment of cakes and the traditional grapes for good luck will accompany you to welcome the New Year.
All dishes will be paired with the carefully selected wines from our cellar: Albariño “Pazo Arretén”, Mencía “D’Eli”, and Rioja, along with water, soft drinks, and Cava “Freixenet Vintage Reserva” for the final toast of the night.
The little ones will also enjoy the evening with a special menu (children under 12), including steamed prawns, milanesa, and dessert at half price.
After dinner, the celebration continues with a lively party, accompanied by Unión y Fuerza and Play Discotecas Móviles, ensuring music, dancing, and fun until the early hours.
For those who want to extend the experience, we offer accommodation with breakfast included for €200, including the dinner. There are also special room rates: the supplement for a single room is €30, which also applies if the buffet breakfast is booked separately. If you wish to add an extra night, it costs only €45.
