Very close to the ancient doors of Roman sailors, we make this wine using traditional methods: we handpick the grapes and select them on our plot of land, devoting time and talent to pick only the best bunches
In order to make our black gem, we follow the traditional process that we have adopted as our working method. We select the grapes in the vineyard and, after destemming them, put them into a stainless steel deposit, where they ferment at a controlled temperature.
A gem cultivated on the even terrain of Pazo de Arretén. This white wine is fresh, balanced and elegant. All of these qualities stem from the natural level of acidity that is so characteristic of Galicia, which makes Iriensis a liquid example of our region’s virtues.
